Continuous active growth of the construction industry in Kazakhstan is due to a number of factors, such as increasing the investment attractiveness of the country, creating a favorable environment for business, infrastructure development, implementation of major government programs and projects. Earlier, President K.J. Tokayev instructed the government to develop new approaches to reduce the cost of housing, and the head of state drew attention to the modernization and creation of engineering and social infrastructure. According to the President, this is an important strategic task. There are 65 border areas in Kazakhstan that need to be developed. All this shows the prospects in the development of construction. This is also confirmed by the data of the National Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan, more than 2.1 million square meters of housing was commissioned in January-February 2023. This is 22.2% more than in the corresponding period of 2022.

AstanaBuild 2023 Exhibition will present new technologies, methods and standards in the field of construction and interior design. At the Forum, BIM experts will share their practical experience in using digital technology in the design and construction of industrial and civil facilities, as well as talk about new solutions in the field of digital twins for asset inventory, management automation and energy efficiency of buildings and structures. And master classes from the Association of Architects and Designers will give professionals the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in design and architecture, advanced methods of interior design and author's style.
