Dear participants and guests of the exhibition!

On behalf of the Committee for Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I welcome participants and guests of the 23rd Kazakhstan International Construction and Interior Exhibition - AstanaBuild 2023.

The construction industry occupies one of the priority positions and plays an important role in the development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The volume of preferential housing construction is increasing. In 2022, investment in housing construction increased by 16.8%, which amounted to 2.9 trillion KZT. 17.3 thousand apartments were built at the expense of state investments. This year it is planned to put into operation 15.3 million square meters of housing.
The use of modern building systems and architectural solutions is becoming increasingly important for the construction complex in Kazakhstan. That is why the holding of a specialized exhibition, intended to highlight the latest developments in this industry, is becoming increasingly relevant.

For the construction community, the AstanaBuild exhibition has become a traditional meeting place for getting acquainted with domestic and foreign achievements in the field of urban planning and construction, building materials and engineering equipment for buildings and structures.
The rich business program of the AstanaBuild exhibition will allow discussing the urgent problems of the industry, working out ways to solve them and discussing key issues in the development of the construction industry in modern realities.
