Vinzili Ceramic Wall Materials Plant LLC, Tyumen is the leader in the production of ceramic bricks in the Tyumen region and nearby regions. The plant has been operating since 1988. The production capacity of the plant at the moment is 75,000,000 pcs of facing and ordinary ceramic bricks as well as expanded clay concrete block and expanded clay gravel per year. In 2022, the VCWMP released an updated line of ceramic facing bricks with a huge selection of colors and textures. Products are made from clay mined in our own quarries. All products of the plant are made strictly according to the GOST standard. Delivery of products from the plant is carried out by road and railway transport, and the plant has its own railway line. The products are delivered throughout the Russian Federation, as well as in Kazakhstan.

The bricks at VCWMP LLC are produced by forming, drying and then firing a plastic mixture of clay and sand at a temperature close to 1000C. That's why a distinctive feature of the ceramic brick is its environmental safety, i.e. there are no harmful impurities and additives in the production.
The formation of a unique decor on the brick surfaces is achieved by rolling on the surfaces of a beautiful volumetric pattern with additional shotcreting (application of loose decorative sand). During the firing process, the sprinkles are firmly sintered with the shingles and therefore this type of brick will remain throughout the life of the building. The surface decoration processes do not affect the technical characteristics of the products. High strength characteristics and long service life are confirmed by test results.
