1. European-type cassette installations for wall panel production

Cassette installations are the most efficient solution for producing single-layer wall panels while saving production space and reducing manufacturing costs and time.

2. SMJ-type cassette installations

Used in the production of floor panels, balcony slabs, internal load-bearing wall panels, ventilation blocks, and stair flights. Products are formed vertically in split cassette molds where the concrete gains the required strength.

3. Tilting vibration tables

An element of the production complex for manufacturing precast concrete using magnetic formwork, allowing the production of almost all types of reinforced concrete products (non-prestressed, flat) for building construction, including non-standard structures.

4. Forming beds

An optimal solution for producing small quantities of massive concrete products requiring frequent movement of formwork. They allow manufacturing reinforced concrete products without prestressed reinforcement: piles, wall panels, stair landings, elevator shaft panels, etc.

5. Vertical systems for forming ventilation blocks

Allow simultaneous production of 4 to 42 volumetric ventilation blocks of various sizes in a vertical position. They feature high productivity, versatility, and high quality of finished products.

6. Systems for forming elevator shafts

Allow forming volumetric elevator shafts that do not require additional processing. The well-designed structure makes reinforced concrete production simple and ergonomic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Concrete placers based on portal, semi-portal, or bridge cranes

Designed for transporting and evenly delivering concrete mix to the technological surface or steel molds.

8. Autonomous concrete distribution hopper

Designed for accurate and metered delivery of concrete from the batching plant to the forming surface. Operates together with a forklift. Hopper capacity — 2 m³. All functions are controlled via a control panel.

9. “New Jersey” barrier steel molds

The plant manufactures steel molds for New Jersey road barriers in various configurations: single-sided, double-sided, transition, end, and repair types. Block dimensions range from 2000–6000 mm in length, 430–920 mm in width, and 550–1270 mm in height. Currently, it is the only manufacturer in Russia producing 6-meter New Jersey barriers with a solid forming surface.

10. Steel molds for piles

The plant offers two-place and multi-place steel molds for producing piles with rectangular and trapezoidal cross-sections, including “Romashka”-type molds with 6 channels for rectangular piles. Pile cross-sections range from 150×150 mm to 400×400 mm.
