Dear participants of AstanaBuild 2024!

We remind you about the launch of a new digital service for exhibitors and visitors to our event!

Starting this year, you can use the MEET.ITECA.EVENTS platform (web version for PC) and the ITECA.EVENTS mobile application for the most effective work at the exhibition.

The platform and application operate using artificial intelligence and advanced algorithms to improve interaction and exchange of contacts at events.

ITECA.EVENTS

USING ITECA.EVENTS YOU CAN:

  • Scan the badges of visitors to your stand and download the contact database based on the results of the meetings.
  • Download and systematize scanned contacts after the event within 30 days.
  • See information about services and products presented at the exhibition.
  • View individual recommendations based on the data you filled out.
  • Chat with potential clients and make appointments.
  • Have access to up-to-date information on the exhibition: business program, interactive plan, list of participants, etc.

IMPORTANT! To take advantage of all the benefits of the platform and application, you must complete the following steps:

1. Log in to your personal account (password below)

2. Check if you have entered data in the following sections and save the changes:

  • Company information
  • Employees at the stand
  • Portrait of a potential visitor
  • Upload logo
  • Description on the website
  • Product index

Enter at least one employee from the company no later than May 15

Instructions for filling out information in your personal account:

  1. go to the website: http://reg.iteca.kz/
  2. select the AstanaBuild 2024 exhibition
  3. enter the exhibition password: RopFetHU1U
  4. then your personal code for access (provided by the Exhibition Manager) and then step by step fill out the forms offered to you

Instructions for entering the ITECA.EVENTS platform will be sent to the specified email of the Employee at the stand
